To help pass the time between now and the start of the 2011 NFL season I am going to take a look at two teams a day. I will give you the impact players on offense and defense, a breakout player, and the biggest training camp question.

Offense
QB - David Garrard
RB - Maurice Jones-Drew
RB - Rashad Jennings
TE - Marcedes Lewis
WR - Mike Thomas

Defense
DE - Aaron Kampman
MLB - Paul Posluszny (acquired in free agency)
OLB - Daryl Smith
CB - Rashean Mathis
S - Dawan Landry (acquired in free agency)

Breakout - Blaine Gabbert: My hopes aren't high for this group of Jags, but if they do end up winning Gabbert will sit and they'll stick with David Garrard. But, if they are losing the long-haired rookie will get his shot under the Jacksonville sun. I think Gabbert could be the best of the bunch of QBs drafted last April. He's seems level headed and most ready to take snaps in the NFL.

Biggest Training Camp Question: I think Jack Del Rio has one foot out of the door and everyone involved is tired of the good, but not great years. Defense is suppose to be his calling card and that has been the weakest unit for this group over the last 2-3 years. If additions of Landry and Posluszny do not make a splash, Del Rio may be the one taking a dive.

Last year's record: 8-8

Projected finish: 6-10 (4th in the AFC South)

Offense
QB - Matt Cassell
RB - Jamaal Charles
TE - Tony Moeaki
WR - Dwayne Bowe
WR - Steve Breaston (acquired in free agency)

Defense
DE - Glenn Dorsey
DE - Tyson Jackson
ILB - Derrick Johnson
OLB - Tamba Hali
S - Eric Berry

Breakout: Tyson Jackson - All those high first round picks on defense are about to pay off becuase Eric Berry was legit in his rookie season, Derrick Johnson has been a staple and Glenn Dorsey has pro bowl written all over him. The next guy to go from lost in the NFL to double digit sacks is former third overall pick out of LSU. His presence off the end should make this defense a force.

Biggest Training Camp Question: This may not be the hot topic in K.C., but I'd like to know if Scott Pioli and minions really believe Cassel has what it takes to win a Super Bowl. That is what teams are supposed to be playing for and while I'm sold on Cassel being good enough for a 10-6, maybe even 11-5 regular season starter, I'm also pretty sure he is first round fatal every time.

Last year's record: 10-6

Projected finish: 9-7 (2nd in the AFC West)

** Check back tomorrow to look at the Dolphins and Vikings
