** double asterisks next to the name means I believe the will make the District One playoffs

Suburban One Continental Conference (Defending Co-Champs: North Penn & Pennridge)
PROJECTED FINISH
Indians' Mark Wonderling
**1. Souderton - With four of five starters, plus the sixth man all returning, the second year under coach Dennis Stanton should be fun. It all could come together nicely, led with a balanced inside-out scoring attack between Mark Wonderling and Luke Moyer.
**2. Pennridge - Tim Abruzzo will be asked to carry his team offensively, but the hope is Andrew Lyons emerges as another double digit scorer for the Rams. These two have the ability to average over 10 points per game and will be crucial for the Rams.
3. North Penn - I can see the Knights finishing first or last it all depends how quickly they take to new coach Jon Conrad's system. Point guard Wes Brooks should be able to lead his squad to a solid regular season record, just not sure if its playoff good.
4. C.B. West
5. Quakertown
6. C.B. East
7. Hatboro-Horsham - It's a good mix of returning experience and young talent, but defensively they might struggled against the sound set offense of Pennridge, Souderton, and others.
8. C.B. South
TOP PLAYER - Tim Abruzzo Sr. SG (Pennridge)
EMERGING PLAYER - Mike Brown Jr. SG (Hatboro-Horsham)

Suburban One National Conference (Defending Champs: Council Rock North)
PROJECTED FINISH
**1. Council Rock North
**2. Bensalem
**3. William Tennent - While phenom freshman Horace Spencer is grabbing all of the attention, the Panthers have him surrounded with good players, including a dynamic post presence in Jack Rauchut.
Tennent's Jack Rauchut
4. Neshaminy
5. Council Rock South
6. Harry S Truman
7. Pennsbury
8. Abington - It won't be for the lack of hard work, but the Ghosts are in the wrong division right now. The conference is seriously the best its ever been. And that's with the latest news that Neshaminy's Ryan Arcidiacono (Villanova commit) is sitting out his senior season after back surgery.
TOP PLAYER - Aaron Morgan Sr. PG (Council Rock North)
EMERGING PLAYER - Horace Spencer Fr. C (William Tennent)

Suburban One American Conference (Defending Champs: Plymouth-Whitemarsh)
PROJECTED FINISH
**1. Wissahickon - After barely missing out on the state playoffs the Trojans are back and they mean business. The combo of Jordan Reed and big man Tonah Kpassagnon should be deadly enough to hold off the field. They are my sleeper pick for a District One title, though C.R. North and Chester will tough to beat.
P-W's Jake Silvers
**2. Plymouth-Whitemarsh  - There is no doubt the Colonials will replenish and be back for another year in the state playoffs with chances at league and district titles. The addition of Wissahickon transfer Anthony McKie sure does soften the blow of the loss of Jaylen Bond (Texas) and a talented senior class.
**3. Upper Dublin - In my mind they have as much most talent 1-through-8 as any team in Suburban One. Their ability to go to the bench without any concern of a drastic dropoff should end being a huge play for the Flying Cardinals.
**4. Cheltenham-  Behind the star power of Nafis Walker the Panthers should be able to stay competitive in all games. I think they will be right on the fringe of the district one playoffs, but the wins in the league might get them in.
5. Norristown
6. Upper Merion
7. Upper Moreland - The Golden Bears do have four starters returning and the overall record will definitely be better than last year, but it's going to be tough sledding in this conference.
TOP PLAYER - Jordan Reed Sr. SF (Wissahickon)
EMERGING PLAYER - Anthony McKie Jr. SG (Plymouth-Whitemarsh)
