GAME OF THE WEEK: LaSalle 28, St. Joseph's Prep 17 - The Explorers were tailing 17-8 at the half but never gave up hope. The defense did not allow a point to the Prep for the remainder of the game and the offense made the necessary adjustments to beat their rival. Explorers' quarterback Matt Magarity bested Hawks' highly touted quarterback Skyler Morniwheg with 192 yards passing and two scores.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Upper Dublin 17, Wissahickon 10 Andrew Derr (Upper Dublin) - The senior quarterback refused to let his team fall out of playoff contention on Friday. He ran for 46 yards and a score and also passed for 242 yards. His favorite target was Junior Felix, who had 11 grabs for 138 yards.

Pope John Paull II 27, Boyertown 14  - It was no longer a home game like orginally scheduled, but playing at Phoenixville did not stop quarterback David Cotellese and crew from taking care of business against the one-win Bears.
