To help pass the time between now and the start of the 2012 Major League Baseball season I am going to be examining a different team every day. Starting with the Astros, working toward the Phillies. I will give you my projected starters, breakout and bust players, each team's X-Factor and top prospect.

PROJECTED LINEUP

CF Nyjer Morgan
RF Corey Hart
LF Ryan Braun
3B Aramis Ramirez
2B Rickie Weeks
1B Mat Gamel
SS Alex Gonzalez
C Jonathan Lucroy
P Yovani Gallardo

PROJECTED ROTATION
Yovani Gallardo
Zack Greinke
Shaun Marcum
Randy Wolf
Chris Narveson

PROJECTED BULLPEN
Closer - John Axford
Set-up - Francisco Rodriguez

Top Prospect - Wily Peralta (RHP)

Breakout
Mat Gamel - Mat Gamel is a bust in most people's mind because he did not stick a few years ago when he was consider untouchable in the Brewers' system. Well they have held onto him and moved him to first base where he defense can not get in the way. The 26 year-old has a chance to have a solid season hitting in the middle of the Milwaukee order.

Bust
Nyjer Morgan -Morgan, AKA Tony Plush, is a character to say the least and when his team is winning there is no better teammate in the clubhouse. He keeps it light and adds a little laughter to the 162 game marathon. But if his team struggles, Morgan is more of a cancer than anything. He is not that good of an offensive talent to talk as much as he does sometimes, but the Brewers need Plush to solidify the lead-off spot.

X-FACTOR
Aramis Ramirez - The biggest change for the defending National Central Champs is the name that will hitting fourth in the lineup and protecting the reigning MVP Ryan Braun. With Prince Fielder in Detroit it will be up to Ramirez to stabilize their offense. With Ramirez it is not so much about skill level, because he is one of the most underrated hitters of the decade, but he does not put fear in the pitchers the way Prince does. The main thing for the former Cub this season will be staying healthy, because the Brewers need his bat to contend.

LAST YEAR'S RECORD: 96-66

Without Prince, Ryan Braun is the clearly Milwaukee's Best

PROJECTED FINISH: 3rd in the National League Central
