The Montgomery Media area continues to churn out some talented football players. Scattered throughout the area are a number of Division-One athletes. The All-Montgomery Media preseason football team proves that.

This is not considered the official Montgomery Media team, but I do give it that named based on the criteria to be selected by myself and fellow writers Mike Prince, Tom McGlinchey, and David Uram.

FIRST TEAM OFFENSE
RB Desmon Peoples
QB - Andrew Derr (Upper Dublin)
RB - Desmon Peoples (Archbishop Wood) - There is a reason many think the Vikings will cruise to the AAA state championship game in Hershey this season. Not only do they have a large amount of returning stars back, those stars are Division-One talents. Desmon is committed to Rutgers, Brandon to Temple, Thompson to Florida, Taylor to Boston College and Arcidiacono also to Rutgers.
FB - Brandon Peoples (Archbishop Wood)
OL - Frank Taylor (Archbishop Wood)

TE - Colin Thompson (Archbishop Wood)
WR - Travis McCurdy (Academy of the New Church)

FIRST TEAM DEFENSE
DE - Brian Osei (Abington)
DT - Kavon Johnson (Plymouth-Whitemarsh)

TE/ILB Ralph Reeves
LB - Ralph Reeves (North Penn) - While no one in Lansdale is worried about the Knights, they did lose a lot of last year's production to graduation. Luckily Reeves is back and should be a force on both sides of the ball.   The three-year starter at tight end and inside linebacker is a playmaker.
CB - Brandon Shippen (Norristown)
S - Casey Saverio (Hatboro-Horsham)

SPECIAL TEAMS
K - Jeff Wolf (Souderton)
K - Brandon Mandes (North Penn)

WR Sean Coleman

SECOND TEAM OFFENSE
QB - Corey Ernst (North Penn)
RB - Javon White (Souderton)
FB - John Kehoe (Lower Moreland)
OL - Brandon Arcidiacono (Archbishop Wood)
TE - Tonah Kpassagnon (Wissahickon)
- At 6-7 and 245 pounds Tonah is an athlete. He joins Souderton's Javon White as the latest to commit to Villanova. The Wildcats love to snatch up combine stars and that is what they have with White and Kpassagnon.
WR - Sean Coleman (LaSalle)

SECOND TEAM DEFENSE
DT Anthony Fecondo
DE - Tyler Smith (Lansdale Catholic)
DT - Anthony Fecondo (Pennridge)
LB - Keith Corliss (Germantown Academy)
CB - Anthony Delegall (Wissahickon)
S - Max Vido (Springfield Township)
- They call him the everything man in Erdenheim. Vido, who also plays guard on the basketball team and a three-hitter for the baseball also lines up everywhere on the gridiron. He'll play running back, he'll kick, he'll punt. He's the Spartans top play maker.

HONORABLE MENTION OFFENSE
QB - Kenneth Cropper (Abington) - Cropper captured the hearts of Cheltenham last year as he helped rebuild that program in a conference contender. But the signal callers is a Ghost now in more ways than one. The transfer should help Abington compete for a league title.
RB - Conner Geiger (William Tennent)
FB - Darren Wright (Bishop McDevitt)
QB Ken Cropper
OL - Andrew DiValentino (Jenkintown)
TE - Ry Yozallinas (Souderton)

WR - Robert Knox (Upper Moreland)

HONORABLE MENTION DEFENSE

LB Tyler Scholl
DE - Jake Newman (Pennridge) - It was tough to score points against the Rams last year and Newman was one of the reasons. Newman has a quick first step off the edge and he and fellow lineman rarely allowed a quarterback more than a three-step drop. Newman has a chance to be among the leaders in the area in sacks this season.
DT - John Garland (North Penn)
LB - Tyler Scholl (Souderton)
CB - Aquil Reed (Cheltenham)
S - Nate Smith (Archbishop Wood)

Call me Mr. Sunshine: Why all 32 NFL teams can win in 2011

By Andrew Marcus
Sportswriter for Montgomery Media
Follow me on Twitter @amarcus515

The Dream Team is a bit too much for me to handle, but so is giving the Cincinnati Bengals the rights to Andrew Luck before he even hires an agent or plays his senior season at Stanford.

Every team has some hopes of winning the Super Bowl this season because as cliche as it is, everyone starts Week 1 at 0-0. While some arguments for teams sound like a stretch I am still able to state my case for all 32 teams winning the Super Bowl.

Here is why the Bengals and Panthers could even shock the universe.

Cincinnati Bengals - After working out the kinks in the preseason rookie quarterback Andy Dalton has it click and figures out the NFL by week one. It sure does help that fellow rookie A.J. Green is having a bigger impact than Calvin or Andre Johnson in their rookie season. The Andy-to-A.J. combo makes them forget all about Carson-to-Chad.

Carolina Panthers - Behind Jon Beason and Charles Johnson the defense has the ability to cause havoc on a weekly basis. Can Newton makes about one or two plays a week with his feet and does a great job turning around and handing off to DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart. The Panthers find themselves in low scoring games, but they find themselves on top of the NFC.

Miami Dolphins - Coach Tony Soprano has always put out a solid defense and that will continue. But with the        head of Brandon Marshall back on straight Chad Henne does not have to always make a perfect throw for B-Marsh to come down with it. Daniel Thomas is just enough to keep defenses guessing.

Washington Redskins - The zone blocking installed by the Shanahans takes form of the Broncos during the Terrell Davis days. While no one will ever suggest Tim Hightower, Ryan Torain, or Roy Helu are future hall of famers they combine to have season that leaves them as the top rushing team in 2011.

Denver Broncos - By week three the Tim Tebow drama is such a thing of the past. Kyle Orton is on an guady passing pace and Brandon Lloyd left off where he did in 2010. The Broncos defense made big strides and just being repsectable is enough to make them contenders.

San Francisco 49ers - It's crazy how much health and consistency make a big difference. For the first time Alex Smith, Frank Gore and Vernon Davis play all 16 games and it makes a giant difference. They start off strong, first year head coach Jim Harbaugh makes all the right decisions and by the end of the year we finally see the Michael Crabtree we all expected to see.

Seattle Seahawks - Sure, there are some new faces, but the win over the Saints in the playoffs has the vibe in the locker room at its highest since 2007. Tavaris Jackson and Sidney Rice have come over from Minnesota and give them the vertical needed to easily win the NFC West and make noise in the playoffs.

Minnesota Vikings - Donavann McNabb has a renaissance year and with Adrian Peterson in the backfield the Vikes has one of the most dynamic offenses in the league. The continue to be the top run stopping unit and give the Packers and the NFC at Mac-5's 5th NFC championship game.

Tennessee Titans - The best thing to happen to the Titans was NOT paying Chris Johnson. The former 2,000 yard rusher and ECU Pirate plays to get paid and just goes bananas. He takes the pressure off Matt Hasslebeck and the defense. He nearly single-handedly makes them the team to beat.

Oakland Raiders - The Raiders have made strides in the right direction over the last few years and going 6-0 in the AFC West last year was just the latest exhibit of being a few wins away from the playoffs. Darren McFadden continues to improve this year and the Black Hole finally has some to really paint their face about.

Buffalo Bills - The Bills showed their confidence in Ryan Fitzpatrick by not drafting a QB and he will reward them by improving on his strong 2010 season. Chan Gailey finds the perfect balance between Fred Jackson and CJ Spiller and they use the snowy weather to their advantage down the stretch. It lands them in Indianapolis for the Super Bowl.

Jacksonville Jaguars - The biggest problems for the Jaguars last year was their defense and they sured that up by adding Paul Posluszny to bring 100 plus tackles to town. The injury question to Maurice Jones-Drew subside and the save his legs by letting Rashad Jennings run the rock a little. The tandem torches defenses all season long.

Cleveland Browns - Colt McCoy has gone from a serviceable game managing to a playmaker. For any team that thought they could pack the box and stop Peyton Hillis would only be exploided by receivers Greg Little, Brian Robiskie and Josh Cribbs.

Chicago Bears - There will question is Jay Cutler would ever become the top their signal caller that Denver saw glimpses of in his first few years in the leagues. There will questions whether Roy Williams could reutrn to his dominant Detroit days and stop dropping passes. Both quiet the critics in 2011.

Arizona Cardinals - The Cards new they were a quarterback away from returning to the Super Bowl last year, but never found Kurt Warner's replacement. Anything is better than Max Hall and Derek Anderson, but Kevin Kolb's emergence has them back where they left off in 2009.

Detroit Lions - Every year people project the turnaround, but this year it will happen because of the changes they made on defense. With Nick Fairley next to Ndamukong Suh and Stephen Tulloch manning the middle of the field the Lions stop team's enough to have Matt Stafford stay healthy and team up with Calvin Johnson for monster numbers.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers - The talk of Tampa takes the next step as the up-and-coming trio of Freeman-Blount-Williams explode. They all earn pro-bowl bids and carry the Bucs to first in the competitive NFC South and in the Super Bowl its the defense that shows their talent.

St. Louis Rams - At times last year it looked like the Rams were one weapon away from expliding and running away with the NFC West. The addition of Mike Sims-Walker was a sneaky steal and he helps Bradford live up his first overall pick expectations.

Kansas City Chiefs - The Chiefs had a strong 2010 season putting the formula together that adds up to success. A second year with the same game plan bodes well to taking steps toward a championship.

New York Giants - The front four on defense continue to get tremendous pressure on the quarterback, which takes pressure off their secondary. A full year of Hakeem Nicks helps Eli Manning limit the interceptions and accumulate career highs in yards, touchdowns, and a low in interceptions.

Green Bay Packers - The defending champions have a target stamped on their back, but they have the talent to brush off that pressure. Aaron Rodgers should only continue his excellence and with all the pieces remaining why should anyone think they won't repeat?

Dallas Cowboys - The offense took off once Jason Garrett grabbed the head coaching gig and that was with On Kitna under center. Tony Romo is back, Dez Bryant is now a proven beast out wide and the Cowboys are ready to return to the postseason.

Indianapolis Colts - Just when people think Peyton Manning is going to miss a few games with injury and take a step back in his hall of fame career is the year that he wins MVP and picks up his second Super Bowl title.

Houston Texans - The offense is already feared, but the addition of Jonathan Joseph in the secondary solves the biggest problem in 2010. Now that teams cannot go crazy in the air, Texans will find themselves as one of the most dynamic teams in football.

New Orleans Saints - The Saints were good a season ago, but they were great when they had a running game teams had to account for. Along as Drew Brees is there they will have the ability to pass the ball, but with Pierre Thomas healthy and rookie Mark Ingram in the backfield they will be back to their Super Bowl caliber style.

New York Jets - They don't want to lead the league in anything but wins and this year they have a chance to do so. Santonio Holmes for a full 16 games and a maturing Mark Sanchez give the Jets a offense to match their highly touted defense.

Baltimore Ravens - Ed Reed and Ray Lewis return for another season a dominant play making defense, but its the play of Haloti Ngata and Terrell Suggs that will help them return to their 2000 form. And Joe Flacco is better than Trent Dilfer.

Pittsburgh Steelers - Everyone returns from a loss in the Super Bowl hungry. The offense live has improved and Mike Wallace has taken measures to become an elite receiver in the NFL. Big Ben has the players around him to win his third Super Bowl and nearly solidify his spot in Canton already.

New England Patriots - If going 14-2 could not get the job done, bring in Chad Ochocinco for MVP Tom Brady should help. The Pats just know how to get team players out of the worst guys, so Albert Haynesworth will once again show why the Redskins originally thought it was a good idea to give him 100 million.

Atlanta Falcons - The addition of Julio Jones to an already potent offense opens up the field for Matt Ryan and it takes the Dirty Birds to new heights. The playoff experience he now owns also just adds to Falcon's ability to bring home the Lombardi Trophy.

San Diego Chargers - All Philip Rivers needs to have the best year of his career is Vincent Jackson for a full season and Ryan Mathews to understand the game speed of the NFL. Now that's complete Norv Turner might finally have the personnel to get his first ring.

Philadelphia Eagles - The Eagles can score with the flick of the wrist thanks to the Mike Vick to Desean Jackson combination. The revamped defense may have its inexpereince, but in a passing league the birds have the best trio of corners in the league. Turns out it was McNabb that could not win the big oem, and Reiud just need Mike Vick's fearless style.

Now that I have analyzed every roster over the past month I am ready to make my 2011 predictions. In the past I have been pretty good at picking 8-to-10 playoff teams with always a few awful picks sprinkled in there. If I could get anything right it would be my Super Bowl winner. This year is ultra hard because for the first time I could come across slightly bias with this pick. I always think they are going to choke, but maybe this year will be different.

Two-a-Days: Previewing the Tennessee Titans and Washington Redskins

By Andrew Marcus
Sportswriter for Montgomery Media
Follow me on Twitter @amarcus515

To help pass the time between now and the start of the 2011 NFL season I am going to take a look at two teams a day. I will give you the impact players on offense and defense, a breakout player, and the biggest training camp question.

Offense
QB - Matt Hasslebeck (acquired in free agency)
RB - Chris Johnson
RB - Javon Ringer
WR - Kenny Britt
WR - Nate Washington

Defense
MLB - Barrett Ruud (acquired in free agency)
OLB - Will Witherspoon
CB - Cortland Finnegan
S - Michael Griffin
S - Chris Hope

Breakout: Kenny Britt - In the midst of inconsistent quarterback player and injuries the former Rutgers wide receiver showed glimpses what he is capable of. Starting with 225 yards and three scores against Philadelphia and finishing the season with three consecutive good games - 15 catches for 292 yards and two touchdowns. His success should carry over.

Biggest training camp question: There is no exciting season in Nashville if they cannot make their most electrifying player Chris Johnson happy. There might not be anyway, but if they cannot get the last runner to eclipse the 2,000 rushing mark into camp and taking pressure off a whomever may be under center, Hasslebeck or Jake Locker, it could be a very long season.

Last year's record: 6-10

Projected finish: 8-8 (3rd in AFC South)

Offense
QB - John Beck
QB - Rex Grossman
RB - Tim Hightower (acquired in trade)
RB - Roy Helu (rookie)
TE - Chris Cooley

Defense
DT - Barry Cofield (acquired in free agency)
ILB - London Fletcher
OLB - Brian Orakpo
CB - DeAngelo Hall
S - Laron Landry

Breakout: Tim Hightower - If it all shakes out right and coach Shanahan does the right thing and sticks with one feature running back the former Arizona Cardinal has a chance to have a big year. He has shown in the past he can catches passes out of the backfield, he's good around the goal line and maybe with the right offensive line he can put togther a 1,000 yard season.

Biggest training camp question: Could D.C. be clammering for Donavan McNabb or Jason Campbell back in the capital after this year? The Redskins roster currently consists of John Beck and Rex Grossman. Beck, with no track record, and Grossman with record he'd like to erase, if they can get error free game managing they may have enough to compete in the NFC.

Last year's record: 6-10

Projected finish: 4-12 (4th in NFC East)

Two-a-Days: Previewing the St. Louis Rams and Tampa Bay Buccaneers

By Andrew Marcus
Sportswriter for Montgomery Media

To help pass the time between now and the start of the 2011 NFL season I am going to take a look at two teams a day. I will give you the impact players on offense and defense, a breakout player, and the biggest training camp question.

Offense
QB - Sam Bradford
RB - Steven Jackson
RB - Cadillac Williams (acquired in free agency)
WR - Mike Sims-Walker (acquired in free agency)
TE - Lance Kendricks (rookie)

Defense
DE - Chris Long
MLB - James Laurinaitis
OLB - Zac Diles (acquired in free agency)
OLB - Na'ill Diggs
S - Quinten Mikell (acquired in free agency)

Breakout: Chris Long - The son of Howie has not lived up to the first round selection quite yet, but with a few more play makers on defense with him opposing coaches cannot just plan to stop this guy. Long's motor and hard work all play off this season as he flirts with double digit sacks.

Biggest training camp question: Is the addition of Mike Sims-Walker from Jacksonville and drafting a rookie pass catching tight end in the second round enough weapons to help Sam Bradford and the Rams win the NFC West? Steven Jackson has always been keyed on and this year they might have enough air presence to make stopping the run more difficult.

Last year's record: 7-9

Projected finish: 10-6 (1st in NFC West)

Offense
QB - Josh Freeman
RB - LaGarrette Blount
RB - Earnest Graham
WR - Mike Williams
TE - Kellen Winslow Jr.

Defense
DT - Gerald McCoy
DE - Adrian Clayborn (rookie)
DE - Da'Quan Bowers (rookie)
CB - Aqib Talib
CB - Ronde Barber

Breakout: Mike Williams - A few immature acts dropped the wide out from Syracuse into the fourth round and fortunately for the Bucs they were able to snatch this guy up. Williams had a strong rookie campaign and as he matures along with Josh Freeman, these could become one of the best combos for years to come.

Biggest training camp question: I think it's easier to have little expectations for a season and then come out and wow everybody. It will be interesting to see how the Bucs respond to the pressure that sits on their shoulders. Freeman is loved around the NFL and the additions and breakouts around him make this a sleeper team for 2011 - if they can handle the pressure.

Last year's record: 10-6

Projected finish: 10-6 (2nd in the NFC South)

Two-a-Days: Previewing the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers

To help pass the time between now and the start of the 2011 NFL season I am going to take a look at two teams a day. I will give you the impact players on offense and defense, a breakout player, and the biggest training camp question.

Offense
QB - Tavaris Jackson (acquired in free agency)
RB - Marshawn Lynch
RB - Justin Forsett
WR - Sidney Rice (acquired in free agency)
TE - Zach Miller (acquired in free agency)

Defense
DE - Chris Clemons
OLB - Aaron Curry
OLB - Leroy Hill
CB - Marcus Trufant
S - Earl Thomas

Breakout: Aaron Curry - With Lofa Totupa out of the picture Aaron Curry is now the clear cut leader of the Seattle defense. He may be young still, but will not shy away from the leadership role and put his name among the best linebackers in football.

Biggest Training Camp Question: The Matt Hasslebeck era is over in the Northwest, but I'm not sure gang green is all too ready to start the Tavaris Jackson era. Jackson comes over from Minnesota after never getting a fair shot, but he will get his chance this year for the Hawks.

Last year's record: 7-9

Projected finish: 6-10 (3rd in NFC West)

Offense
QB - Alex Smith
RB - Frank Gore
TE - Vernon Davis
WR - Braylon Edwards (acquired in free agency)
WR - Michael Crabtree

Defense
DE - Justin Smith
ILB - Patrick Willis
ILB - Navarro Bowman
CB - Shawtae Spencer
S - Donte Whitner (acquired in free agency)

Breakout: Colin Kaepernick - The rookie quarterback is not going to light up the world this season, but the fact his name is not Alex Smith will be a sigh of relief. Smith will start the year as the starter, but with the Nevada kid breathing down his neck, expect a change by mid-season and enough promise to make Alex Smith's days in Bay Area numbererd.

Biggest Training Camp Question: You can bring in a new coach, adamant that the veteran QB is no longer playing like a rookie, but if you cannot avoid injuries to key players like Michael Crabtree. The first step to improving on a 6-10 record is staying healthy in this camp.

Last year's record: 6-10

Projected finish: 5-11 (4th in NFC West)

Two-a-Days: Previewing the Pittsburgh Steelers and San Diego Chargers

By Andrew Marcus
Sportswriter for Montgomery Media

To help pass the time between now and the start of the 2011 NFL season I am going to take a look at two teams a day. I will give you the impact players on offense and defense, a breakout player, and a the biggest training camp question.

Offense
QB - Ben Roethlisberger
RB - Rashard Mendenhall
WR - Hines Ward
WR - Mike Wallace
TE - Heath Miller

Defense
DT - Casey Hampton
DE - Aaron Smith
ILB - James Farrior
OLB - James Harrison
S - Troy Polomalu

Breakout: Jerricho Cotchery - There's a new face in town and he fits perfectly into the way Steelers do things. A very similar receiver to Hines Ward and six years younger, the former Jet has a chance thrive in a role Ward did for years. It may not be a pro-bowl year for Jerricho, but he will take a step in the right direction, regaining some a value he had in New York in first few years in the league as tough, smart, unselfish wideout.

Biggest Training Camp Question: I think the Steelers are enjoying camp this season because it is the quietest it has been in years. No Roethlisberger stories, James Harrison has not concussed anyone yet and all they are doing in focusing on football for the time being. If the Steelers can put all of their attention on the field it could be a exciting and drama free season in the Steel City.

Last year's record: 12-4

Projected finish: 11-5 (1st in AFC North)

Offense
QB - Phillip Rivers
RB - Ryan Mathews
RB - Mike Tolbert
TE - Antonio Gates
WR - Vincent Jackson

Defense
DE - Luis Castillo
ILB - Takeo Spikes (acquired in free agency)
OLB - Shaun Phillips
CB - Quentin Jammer
S - Eric Weddle

Breakout: Phillip Rivers - Maybe it's because he is residing out West or maybe it's America's obsession with Super Bowl winning quarterbacks, and rightfully so, but Rivers needs to be named when you rattle off Brady, Brees, Manning and Rodgers. He's in the group and with Vincent Jackson in camp and the most weapons he ever had this could be an MVP year for the former NC Stater.

Biggest Training Camp Question: One loss in a AFC Championship game and three losses in the divisional round has defined Norv Turner as a coach. He's done wonders with guys like Troy Aikman as an offensive coordinator, but has yet to leave his mark on a Lombardi trophies. With some great talent assembled, San Diego still wonders if Norv can finally win the big one.

Last year's record: 9-7

Projected finish: 11-5 (1st in AFC West)

Two-a-Days: Previewing the Philadelphia Eagles and Oakland Raiders

By Andrew Marcus
Sportswriter for Montgomery Media

To help pass the time between now and the start of the 20ll NFL season I am going to take a look at two teams a day. I will give you the impact players on offense and defense, a breakout player, and the biggest training camp question.

Offense
QB - Mike Vick
RB - Lesean McCoy
WR - Desean Jackson
WR - Jeremy Maclin
WR  - Steve Smith (acquired in free agency)

Defense
DE - Trent Cole
DT - Cullen Jenkins (acquired in free agency)
CB - Nnamdi Asomugha (acquired in free agency)
CB - Asante Samuel
CB - Dominque Rodgers-Cromartie (acquired in trade)

Breakout: Riley Cooper - With issues surrounding the receiving corp the former Florida Gator has a chance to become one of Mike Vick's favorite end zone targets. He may not be on the field as often as the other men, but he will have a chance make an impact with the Birds by catching 5-to-10 touchdown balls. His numbers will only increase if Jeremy Maclin and Steve Smith injuries are worse than they want to admit.
Biggest Training Camp Question: When the lockout ended the Eagles started their push toward a Super Bowl. While all the adds show how far away they were a year ago, this year is now the make-or-break season for coach Andy Reid. Everyone has an eye on what the prized acquisitions are going to do. It should be a nerve-racking year in Philadelphia, who just assumes something is going to go wrong because it has since 1960.

Last year's record: 10-6

Projected finish: 13-3 (1st in NFC East)

Offense
QB - Jason Campbell
RB - Darren McFadden
RB - Michael Bush
WR - Jacoby Ford
TE - Kevin Boss (acquired in free agency)

Defense
DT - Richard Seymour
MLB - Rolando McClain
OLB - Kamerion Wimbley
CB - Stanford Routt
S - Michael Huff

Breakout: Darren McFadden - If you thought last year was McFadden's break out season look out. 1100 yards and ten TDs is nice, but I think for the former first rounder out of Arkansas has a chance to lead the NFL in rushing yards and find pay dirt a dozen times. McFadden is going to put his name in with the best backs in the league.

Biggest Training Camp Question: The Raiders 8-8 record for a year ago is exactly what they are. A team that cannot find any consistency. The Black Hole will be hoping for a little more stability from Jason Campbell, a receiver to step up and become the go-to-guy, and the defense to play like it is capable of playing.

Last year's record: 8-8

Projected finish: 9-7 (2nd in the AFC West)

Breakout: Jason Pierre-Paul - Whether he's warming the seat for the return of Osi Omenyiora or not this freakish athlete has what it takes to replace the former pro-bowler without really seeing the effects. Pierre-Paul's combination of speed and strength will make a tough assignment for all opponents.

Biggest Training Camp Question -After years of consistency on the offensive line the Giants made some moves up front this off-season. While the right side of Chris Snee and Kareem Mackenzie will hang around for another year, the left side and center are new. Eli needs plenty of time to be a successful quarterback, therefore making the O-Line performance important.

Last year's record: 10-6

Projected finish: 10-6 (2nd in the NFC East)

Offense
QB - Mark Sanchez
RB - Shonn Greene
RB - LaDainan Tomlinson
WR - Santonio Holmes
WR - Derrick Mason (acquired in free agency)

Defense
ILB - David Harris
ILB - Bart Scott
OLB - Calvin Pace
CB - Darrelle Revis
CB - Antonio Cromartie

Breakout: Shonn Greene - I thought it was going to be last year, but it turned out LaDainan had more left in tank so the Jets rode Tomlinson for the majority of the season. I'm going back to the well with the prediction and saying this is the Greene breaks away from L.T.'s shadow and becomes the feature back.

Biggest Training Camp Question: It's been cute how Rex Ryan and the Jets have coddled Mark Sanchez over the first few seasons of his career, but his third year in the league means it is time to show if he has what it takes to get the Jets over the hump. While the defense can continue to get them to the AFC championship game, Sanchez will need to win a few games this year and play a larger role in a run at a Super Bowl.

Last year's record: 11-5

Projected finish: 12-4 (2nd in the AFC East)
