GAME OF THE WEEK: Saint Joseph's Prep 35, LaSalle 28 - The Explorers showed no quit against the Hawks on Friday. They were trailing by three scores heading into the fourth quarter and really made the Prep fans nervous down the stretch. The Explorers were driving with a chance to tie it, but the rivalry game ended on an interception by quarterback Kyle Shurmur. But Shurmur also helped them rally back by throwing two touchdowns in the loss. READ THE GAME STORY

PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jarred Jones (Spring-Ford) Spring-Ford 30, Methacton 7 - You can try to slow him
down and bruise him up, but Jarred Jones will never stop his feet from moving forward and always be back for more. The tailback took some big hits against the Warrior defense last Saturday, but hung tough and tore off 230 yards and two scores in a big-time Homecoming Game win. READ THE GAME STORY
