To help pass the time between now and the start of the 2013 PIAA High School Football season I am going to be giving a look at two teams a day. I will give try to call out a few impact student athletes on offense, defense, as well as pinpoint one of the storylines as they open training camp.

Check this blog all season for scores, stats, and predictions, and players of the week...

Head Coach: Don Grinstead

Last year's record: 6-6 overall, 4-5 in PAC-10

Training Camp Question: With so many weapons at first year head coach Don Grinstead's disposal he is excited for the season to kickoff. But in order to put his speedy skill players in motion he needs his line to hold their blocks. Jalontae Lighty is the lone senior of the unit and block some youngsters are going to be asked to some serious defenders that roam around the PAC-10. If the offensive line can hold its ground the Trojans have strong chance on improving from last season's record under Grinstead.

Offensive Standout:  Sr. Jalontae Lighty (OL)
Defensive Standout: Sr. Dayon Mohler (SS)
Breakout: Jr. Gary Wise (QB)

Head Coach: Ed Gallagher

Last year's record: 7-4 overall, 4-3 in Suburban One Continental Conference

Training Camp Question: It is clearly a blow to the Indians to lose Villanova commit Rick Young prior to his senior season (surgery on broken leg), but there is still enough talent on the offensive and defensive lines to make it a strength. The Indians are big and strong in the trenches and their ability to push-over the opposition should give senior quarterback AJ Curotto time and give whoever is running the ball plenty of holes to drive through.

Offensive Standout: Sr. Marcus Miller (RB)
Defensive Standout: Sr. James Dunston (DE)
Breakout: Sr. A.J. Curotto (QB)

Check back tomorrow for Springfield Township and Spring-Ford
